of 24 December 2017 , the UN General Assembly decided&nbsp;<\/span>to devote a high-level plenary meeting of the General Assembly at its seventy-third session, in 2018, within existing resources, to the twentieth anniversary of the adoption of the <strong>Declaration on the Right and Responsibility of Individuals, Groups and Organs of Society to Promote and Protect Universally Recognized Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms<\/strong>, with a view to giving impetus to its promotion in all regions, and requested the President of the General Assembly to conduct consultations with Member
