Her past experience includes short-term internship placements with the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Nauru to the United Nations and other International Organizations in Geneva as well as the Embassy of the Republic of Nauru to the Republic of China (Taiwan) in New Taipei City, both of which she assisted in an administrative capacity.\u00a0Jaala has co-reviewed national policies related to climate change, energy, and water, and recently she participated in the Conference of Parties 26 (COP26) in Glasgow as a Delegate.<\/p>\n During her Fellowship with the OPGA she hopes to enhance her diplomacy and negotiation skills, as well as multilateral awareness.
