Having earlier worked in the area of international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), he is experienced with development project documents and its entire processes, starting from the project approval to its implementation.<\/p>\n Mr. Phongsavath received his double bachelor\u2019s degrees of International Relations and English Studies in 2015 and 2016, respectively. Learning from his professional experience, pursuing his Master’s in Development Studies is his priority.
