\/><\/a>\u3000\u3000\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u5236\u8ba2\u4e86\u4ee517\u4e2a\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u76ee\u6807\u4e3a\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u52302030\u5e74\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e00\u4e2a\u66f4\u7f8e\u597d\u3001\u66f4\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u84dd\u56fe\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u5f88\u60f3\u77e5\u9053\uff1a\u5982\u4f55\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u5728\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u843d\u5b9e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u76ee\u6807\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u5173\u4e8e\u843d\u5b9e\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u76ee\u6807\uff0c<strong>\u201c\u6539\u53d8\u4ece\u6211\u505a\u8d77\u201d<\/strong>\u5021\u8bae\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u66f4\u597d\u5b9e\u8df5\u201c\u8a00\u884c\u4e00\u81f4\u201d\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\u3002\u5021\u8bae\u6307\u5bfc\u5e76\u9f13\u52b1\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u3001\u5728\u5bb6\u4e2d\u901a\u8fc7\u6539\u53d8\u6d88\u8d39\u6a21\u5f0f\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u7b49\u975e\u673a\u52a8\u4ea4\u901a\u5de5\u5177\u3001\u8d2d\u4e70\u672c\u5730\u98df\u54c1\u7b49\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u8df5\u884c\u66f4\u52a0\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u6b22\u8fce\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u53c2\u4e0e\u8fdb\u6765\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u5fae\u5c0f\u7684\u4e3e\u52a8\u90fd\u80fd\u6709\u6240\u52a9\u76ca\u2014\u2014\u544a\u8bc9\u4f60\u7684\u5bb6\u4eba\u3001\u670b\u53cb\u548c\u793e\u533a\u80fd\u591f\u5728\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u91c7\u53d6\u7684\u7b80\u5355\u884c\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u5f00\u59cb\u6210\u4e3a\u53d8\u9769\u8005\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u7b80\u5355\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u9605\u8bfb\u6211\u4eec\u7684<a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/sustainabledevelopment\/zh\/takeaction\/\">\u300a\u61d2\u4eba\u7684\u6551\u4e16\u6307\u5357\u300b<\/a>\uff0c\u83b7\u53d6\u5982\u4f55\u6bcf\u5929\u8df5\u884c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u542f\u53d1\uff01\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f88\u6709\u7528\u7684\u8d44\u6e90\u662f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/sustainabledevelopment\/zh\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2018\/08\/170Actions-web-Ch.pdf\">\u300a170\u9879\u65e5\u5e38\u884c\u52a8\u6539\u53d8\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u300b<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u91c7\u53d6\u884c\u52a8\u5f88\u7b80\u5355\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u8ba9\u4f60\u53d1\u6325\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8981\u5c06\u4e00\u5207\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u7b80\u5355\uff01\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e3a\u4f60\u914d\u5907\u4e86\u5de5\u5177\u5305\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u3001\u5b66\u6821\u548c\u5927\u5b66\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u4f9b\u4f60\u53d1\u8d77\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5021\u8bae\uff1a\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u5185\u90e8\u5e9f\u7269\u5faa\u73af\u5229\u7528\u5021\u8bae\u3001\u9a91\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u4e0a\u73ed\u65e5\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u5bf9\u793e\u533a\u4ea7\u751f\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u6559\u80b2\u513f\u7ae5\uff0c\u8ba9\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e86\u89e3\u91c7\u53d6\u6c14\u5019\u884c\u52a8\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u5173\u6ce8\u6211\u4eec\u7684<a
