\t<\/span>The General Assembly<\/u>,<\/p><\/div>\n

\t<\/span>Recalling<\/u> its resolution 49\/21 B of 2 December 1994 on the financing of the Palestinian Police Force,<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>Taking note<\/u> of the report of the Secretary-General of 6 April 1995 1<\/u>\/ and his designation of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East in pursuance of paragraph 1 of resolution 49\/21 B,<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>1.\t<\/span>Requests<\/u> the Secretary-General to designate once again the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East to disburse, with due attention to the need for thorough accounting, the voluntary contributions given by donors in light of the activities of the Ad Hoc Liaison Committee for salaries and other start-up costs of the Palestinian Police Force, for a period ending not later than 31 December 1995;<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>2.\t<\/span>Encourages<\/u> all Member States to contribute funds for this purpose through the Agency;<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>3.\t<\/span>Requests<\/u> the Secretary-General to report on the implementation of the present resolution.<\/p><\/div>\n
