Resolution 368 (1975)<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

Adopted by the Security Council at its 1821st meeting<\/i><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

on 17 April 1975<\/i><\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>The Security Council,<\/i><\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>Recalling<\/i> its resolutions 338 (1973), 340 (1973), 341 (1973), 346 (1974) and 362 (1974),<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>Having considered<\/i> the report of the Secretary-General on the United Nations Emergency Force (S\/11670 and Corr.1),<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>Having noted<\/i> the developments in the situation in the Middle East,<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>Expressing concern<\/i> over the prevailing state of tension in the area,<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>Decides:<\/i><\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>(a)\t<\/span>To call upon the parties concerned to implement immediately Security Council resolution 338 (1973);<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>(b)\t<\/span>To renew the mandate of the United Nations Emergency Force for a period of three months, that is, until 24 July 1975;<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>(c)\t<\/span>To request the Secretary-General to submit at the end of this period a report on the developments in the situation and the measures taken to implement Security Council resolution 338 (1973).<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
