  The Security Council resumed its consideration of the item at its 5058th meeting, held on 19 October 2004 in accordance with the understanding reached in its prior consultations, having before it the report of the Secretary-General pursuant to Security Council resolution 1559 (2004) (S\/2004\/777). <\/p><\/div>\n
