\t<\/span>The Security Council,<\/i><\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>Recalling<\/i> the obligations of Member States under the United Nations Charter,<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span><\/span>Recalling<\/i><\/span> its resolutions <\/span>607 (1988)<\/a>, <\/span>608 (1988)<\/a>, <\/span>636 (1989)<\/a>, <\/span>641 (1989)<\/a> and <\/span>694 (1991)<\/a>,<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>Having been apprised <\/i>of the decision of Israel, the occupying Power, to deport twelve Palestinian civilians from the occupied Palestinian territories,<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>1.\t<\/span>Strongly condemns<\/i> the decision of Israel, the occupying Power, to resume deportations of Palestinian civilians;<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>2.\t<\/span>Reaffirms<\/i> the applicability of the Fourth Geneva Convention of 12 August 1949 to all the Palestinian territories occupied by Israel since 1967, including Jerusalem;<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>3.\t<\/span>Requests<\/i> Israel, the occupying Power, to refrain from deporting any Palestinian civilian from the occupied territories;<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>4.\t<\/span>Also requests<\/i> Israel, the occupying Power, the ensure the safe and immediate return to the occupied territories of all those deported;<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n
