\t<\/span>On behalf of the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, and pursuant to paragraph 13 of resolution <\/span>ES-10\/2<\/a> of 25 April 1997 adopted by the General Assembly at its tenth emergency special session, I have the honour to support the request made by the Chairman of the Arab Group (see <\/span>A\/ES-10\/8<\/a>) for the resumption of the tenth emergency special session of the General Assembly to consider the report of the Secretary-General on the item entitled "Illegal Israeli actions in occupied East Jerusalem and the rest of the occupied Palestinian territory" (<\/span>A\/ES-10\/6-S\/1997\/494<\/a>).<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
