\t<\/span>With reference to my reports contained in documents S\/ll8l8 and S\/ll8l8\/Add.l, Lieutenant-General Ensio Siilasvuo has reported to me that the Agreement between Egypt and Israel (S\/ll8l8\/Add.l, annex) was signed by the representatives of Egypt and Israel in Geneva on 4 September 1975.  The signing of the Agreement was witnessed by General Siilasvuo.<\/p><\/div>\n
