Adopted by the Security Council at its 4322nd meeting, on 30 May 2001<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

\t<\/span>The Security Council,<\/i><\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span><\/span>Having considered<\/i><\/span> the report of the Secretary-General of the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force of 18 May 2001 (<\/span>S\/2001\/499<\/a>), and also reaffirming its resolution 1308 (2000) of 17 July 2000,<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>1.\t<\/span><\/span>Calls upon<\/i><\/span> the parties concerned to implement immediately its <\/span>resolution 338 (1973)<\/a> of 22 October 1973;<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>2.\t<\/span>Decides<\/i> to renew the mandate of the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force for another period of six months, that is, until 30 November 2001;<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>3.\t<\/span>Requests<\/i> the Secretary-General to submit, at the end of this period, a report on the developments in the situation and the measures taken to implement resolution 338 (1973).<\/p><\/div>\n
