\t<\/span>I have been instructed by my Government in conformity with Rules 11 and 12 of the Provisional Rules of Procedure to request you to put on the agenda for the next coming ordinary session commencing September 16, 1947 the following item: "The termination of the mandate over Palestine and the recognition of its independence as one State" — Asad Al-Faqih, Minister, Saudi Arabian legation.<\/p><\/div>\n
