This comes as a follow up to the initiative created last year in supporting 3000 school children.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"color:#000000;text-align:left;font-size:8pt;font-family:Verdana, san-serif;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\">&#8220;In spite of the financial hardships, education remains key in the Palestinian society, therefore we have to keep supporting them&#8221;, said Said Abu Ghazza, UNDP project Manager.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"color:#000000;text-align:left;font-size:8pt;font-family:Verdana, san-serif;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\">Through the project, supplementary classes will be provided for English, Arabic, science and math, in addition to participatory learning techniques, entertainment and psychosocial support.&nbsp;&nbsp;The project is expected to strengthen the local capacity in the educational sector and create employment for 30 young people who will be offering their support for the children.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"color:#000000;text-align:left;font-size:8pt;font-family:Verdana, san-serif;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\">&#8220;Today is also the World Child day and we are proud to sign these agreements with UNDP on this occasion for the children of Gaza&#8221;.
