Tony Blair visits TIPH<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

Tony Blair, the Mideast envoy for the Quartet, visited Hebron and the Temporary International Presence on the 10 <\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> of October. He was briefed on the current situation in Hebron by the TIPH and Dr. Ali Qawasmi, chairman of the Hebron Rehabilitation Committee. <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

– Hebron is a city of special importance, it is a city with unique problems and we welcome the opportunity to brief the envoy, Karl-Henrik Sjursen Head of Mission for TIPH says. <\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Mr. Blair has a central advisory role in the upcoming conference on Peace in November.<\/p><\/div>\n

– Without a solution to the issue of Hebron there are small chances for a wider solution to the conflict, Karl-Henrik Sjursen Head of Missionfor TIPH says. I believe that TIPH as an objective observer can play a role in such a solution. <\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n
