He extended his condolences to the families of the Israeli victims.\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"color:#000000;text-align:left;font-size:11pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">Larsen said this &#8220;terrible terrorist attack&#8221; now seems to be a part of a new upsurge in violence.
