Currently, only 10 per cent of the population is accessing water on a daily basis. Fuel stocks were reportedly depleted by the end of the month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\" style=\"margin-left:-20px;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\">\n<li style=\"color:#000000;text-align:left;font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial, san-serif;\">As many as 9 WASH structures have been affected by demolitions and seizures executed by the Israeli security forces (ISF) in October 2012(IN WHICH WAYS, DESTOYED OR WHAT).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\" style=\"margin-left:-20px;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\">\n<li style=\"color:#000000;text-align:left;font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial, san-serif;\">Response to the current water scarcity problems is ongoing with three agencies, ACF, CISP, and GVC, using HRF funds.
