Nous avons été heureux, mes collègues et moi, d’apprendre que le Comité spécial créé conformément aux dispositions de l’Article VIII de la Convention d’armistice de Rhodes entre le Royaume hachémite de Jordanie of d’Israël va bientôt reprendre ses séances. Nous espérons vivement qu’elles se relèveront fructueuses.<\/p><\/div>\n

A cette occasion, la Commission de conciliation pour la Palestine, consciente des responsabilités que lui a confiées l’Assemblée général des Nations Unies estime opportun de faire savoir aux deux parties que, sans vouloir empiéter sur les attributions du Comité spécial, elle set prête à leur offrir ses bons offices au cas où, d’un commun accord, les parties le jugeraient utile.<\/p><\/div>\n
