On 5 February 2025 at 3 p.m. in the ECOSOC Chamber, the CEIRPP will organize its first annual meeting to elect its Bureau and adopt its annual Programme of Work.<\/p>\n

As customary, the Secretary-General participates in the meeting and will preside over the election of the Bureau. Following the election, the new Bureau will hold press briefing outside the ECOSOC chamber.<\/p>\n

The meeting will hear a briefing by Mr. Michael Fakhri, UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food and by\u00a0Mr. Hani Almadhoun, Co-Founder of Gaza Soup Kitchen.<\/p>\n

The meeting will be live streamed on UN Web TV<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
