Registration is now open for the Global Dialogue on AI Governance, taking place on 6–7 July 2026 at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland.
The registration deadline is Thursday, 25 June 2026. Early registration is encouraged to facilitate planning and accreditation.
Required Supporting Documents
All participants
- A copy of a valid passport or national identity document.
Member States
- A Note Verbale listing the members of the Delegation, including, where possible, the Head of Delegation.
Intergovernmental Organizations
- A nomination letter on official letterhead, signed by the Head of the Organization or the relevant department.
UN System Entities
- A scanned copy of a valid UN Agency Grounds Pass or official institutional ID. Note: Registration must be completed using your official organizational email address.
NGOs, academia, and private sector representatives
- A nomination letter on official letterhead, signed by the Head of the entity of affiliation or the relevant department.
Media representatives
- Media correspondents should register through the dedicated media registration form on INDICO.
- Official photographers, videographers, and press officers attending as part of an official delegation should register under their respective delegation.
Please note that individual participation without formal organizational affiliation is not permitted.
Registration Review and Confirmation
Once your request for registration has been submitted, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. All registrations are subject to review and approval by the organizers. You will receive a second email informing you of the outcome. Please note that the review of registrations may take a few days. We kindly ask for your patience while submissions are being processed.
Due to venue capacity constraints, delegations are asked to keep their size reasonable. The organizers reserve the right to apply participation limits if necessary.
Visa Support
Participants requiring a visa to enter Switzerland are invited to indicate this during registration. Once registration is approved, an official visa support letter will be issued.
Additional Information
Confirmed participants will receive details on venue access, security procedures, and badge collection ahead of the event.
