During this visit to Mitrovica, I had the chance to see the operations conducted in Mitrovica by UNMIK and I met with some of my colleagues. We have been discussing and reviewing developments which are of key-importance to all of you citizens: the question of the rule of law and police, the need to protect the individual and his or her property, to take steps to make sure that their human rights are protected and that all citizens are treated equally and that the law is applied without fear or favor. That is what our police service and the rule of law we are trying to establish is intended to do. Thank you very much.
